We had a WONDERFUL 28th wedding anniversary yesterday! Thank you all for your kind words and encouragements!☺ Back at work today. ALL Paid in Full Shark orders up until the end of this month are COMPLETED & being packed for shipping over the next few days time. YAaaaaAAAYY!☺ I am now lining up the [ almost 50] molds that we need to run for our All New Bruce & Reel Life Shark catalog additions! We estimate about 2 weeks [business days] for this process. HOWEVER, we have 4 All New Shark Products ready to release for pre-order. They have their individual sale's pages, photos, videos and info COMPLETED & ready to roll. When we feel we have the time for the STAMPEDED of increased PR & PM contact then we will make those active and start selling them off. * It is so FUN to be at the very edge of EXPLODING the content for our ALL NEW 2019-2020 Bruce, Sequel Shark & Reel Life Shark Catalog! * Also we are in the process of narrowing what products we will be releasing kit versions of for those that want to DIY. ** We are also now releasing a first exposure to ANOTHER ORIGINAL CONCEPT we have developed! And this is, we have developed a way to release a shark more affordably. MUCH more affordably! When I have a breakdown, and photos of this NEW WAY to offer sharks, then I will post a series of articles introducing them☺. Also as a side note the previous versions of the 3 foot Platform AND the 3 foot Tow Sled Sharks are now CLOSED & Sold Out. They have been for awhile now to be honest but new customers have been advised to go with the All New UPDATED versions. We have 2 ALL New Models that we are replacing them with for the new catalog in addition to the All New 3 Foot "Phat Bruce" or Full Attack Pose Bruce Shark. More information as we can provide on it later. ALSO, we will be winding the production line down on the customized sharks by means of limiting how many per month we will be providing. Folks, we want to roll back from 7 day work weeks. A five day work week is our goal, and normal hour days not 12-14... So this is where some of our All NEW Shark Product solutions are coming from. Sorry for the lack of updates lately friends. We are weeks behind on delivering orders early. We always aim to try to ship a few weeks earlier than the guesstimates that we provide for orders. Truth be told, I am working with a broken finger and just plain waaay slower than usual. It's in the way of EVERYTHING! HOWEVER, we feel that we will FINALLY get all orders including ALL of this this month's sharks all boxed and ready to ship by this weekend☺. We have 4 ALL NEW Bruce shark products READY to release with completed sales pages, photos, and videos as soon as we accomplish these shipping goals. You see, If we release BEFORE we take care of current customers than the solid DAYS of sitting and just answering PM questions about the new sharks would only put us further behind shipping. So we hope everyone agrees on our prioritizing of things for current customers patiently awaiting their New Customized lifelong SCO Bruce Sharks. Here is a copy paste answer to a question posed to us by a fellow Jaws fan. My offer for suggestions extends to all that wish to share their ideas with Cathy & I. We want the best for everyone, help us out with your thoughts friends☺. Here's my initial response below: Not sure how to make things even more affordable than they already are for these massive custom [shark] displays. But we are ALWAYS open to good ideas. Here's what we have done so far over the last ten years, feel free to jump in and help us out to know better what can be done. Because more sharks out the door is truly GOOD for everyone☺. ** Foremost we are still FAR MORE affordable than anyone else copycatting us. I still use that term 'copycatting us' since I have in print actual screen-grabbed admissions by the actual copy-catters to me that they have indeed used our products & business style, and our products name & accessories etc all... to make their own stuff more 'marketable'. Pretty much just about every single thing I have been saying since April 2015's been dead-on truth...☺ **Also we have offered Layaway plans all decade called Interest-Free Flex Pay Plans for those that find it difficult to simply save up for things. Not much fun for Cathy all that extra work every day keeping up the books for people and communicating with them, but we try to do what we can for folks that need the added help. ** Also we have been hovering at late 1990's to early 2000's prices [as compared to SideShow and other producers prices for similar sized products in the early 2000's]. Yet I must add we don't outsource to Mexico or China slave labor like the other bigname producers. We do it all in our FX shop ourselves. We create and design and mold and cast and assemble and paint & detail and ship each and every item ourselves. That's 7 days a week, 12 to 14 hour days. **Also we have lowered prices all decade as we have upgraded equipment and learned new techniques; instead of getting any raises. Another win-win for everyone else☺. **And we are even lowering our prices on many of the 2019 sharks about to release. Over the last 10 years close to 6.4 thousand people have discovered us and now own their own customized sharks. IF you [or ANYONE] has any realistic ways to make things more affordable for customers and for Cathy & I then believe you me, we are sure interested in hearing them.☺ We know that we have not discovered everything possible just yet and are not yet perfect. So this is a standing offer for anyone that has any suggestions for us. The goal of more sharks out to fans is a win-win-win for EVERYBODY☺.

SUCH FUN! What a joy to run BIG Sharks again☺! Hey everyone, I must remind all our friends and customers of some VERY IMPORTANT FACTS that will $ave you MUCH money, & frustration IF followed. Ready?! *JUNKYARD BRUCE IS NOT SCREEN USED BRUCE! I repeat, JUNKYARD BRUCE IS NOT Screen Used Bruce!!!☺ ->YES, they came from the same molds. Buuut No, as we have often posted, and just as Greg Nicotero and Joe Alves have repeatedly explained at great length over the years; "Once you take that flexible skin out of the mold and STRETCH it over a HEAVILY PADDED shape-frame THEN have it absorb many hundreds of gallons of water --WATERLOGGING and BLOATING and WEARING out of shape, then it is TOTALLY DIFFERENT!" -Urethane is VERY hydroscopic and it has poor shape memory. Once it is stretched it returns to the original shape less and less with each stress... Once again; >> SAME MOLDS but TOTALLY Different Bruce Sharks! Annnnd, as we have also written extensively about for many years, the Tow Sled Shark looks almost NOTHING like the Platform sharks [times 2]. And both of these sharks were NIGHT & DAY DIFFERENT from the 4th Bruce, the Studio Tank Shark. We are talking overall girth and body shapes right down to BIG differences in mouths, teeth, gills and all fin shapes. FRIENDS PLEASE, unless you have built and operated mechanical sharks like we have for films, you won't nail things right just following mix-ups of reference materials trying to guess which shark is which, at which point in filming with which padding being tested etc..☺. * ANYONE modeling off of the Junkyard Bruce reference material 'might' come up with a nice Junk Yard Bruce, but it will not be close at all to any of the Screen Used Bruces'. Anyone modeling a generic Bruce using reference material mash-ups from all the DIFFERENT BRUCE SHARKS will NOT get a Spot-on, historically Accurate or 'suit-accurate' screen used Bruce Shark that looks right from ALL ANGLES. Everyone is welcome to disagree, but you would be wrong and be disagreeing with not only us with 11 Animatronic Sharks to our credit, but also with those who made and operated history's DIFFERENT Jaws Bruce Sharks. These are simple facts and should therefore enlighten and not upset anybody☺. Be Happy for the neat info. As we have done over the years, we have released HISTORICALLY SCALE ACCURATE Platform Bruce Sharks, Tow Sled Bruce Sharks, Well-worn end-scenes Bruce Sharks, Newer 'Shark-City' Bruce Sharks etc. >> And we are about to release the Entirely ALL NEW 3 foot long Action/Attack Pose Bruce Shark a.k.a. the 4th Bruce, the Studio Tank Bruce. This was actually the last real life Screen Used Bruce Shark ever taken from the original Jaws molds. Which was NOT anything like the rigid Junkyard-Bruce Display pulled from the same mold now being restored. Ask Joe or Greg yourself, we just talked at great length about this very thing this morning when he called. So let's all get things straight & all be Happy Please. We are the ones that kick-started this Fintastic Bruce Shark Collectible industry over a decade ago. And Years AFTER SideShow sold their -made in Mexico- 250 run of [28 inch long] licensed Jaws Sharks for $280 + $80-ish shipping [2006]. Note that price for that size shark 13 years ago compared to our shark prices & sizes and others....☺ And our NEW PRICES are the lowest of all time☺... We have not changed our practice since our beginning providing full-sized and miniature dinosaur displays for museums over 18 years ago. We do things museum quality correct & Hollywood Awesome! We've worked Practical FX for 6 films. Those heroes that built and operated history's Jaws Sharks are our family friends who have bent over backwards to help us get these sharks JAWSOME. Joe Alves even handed us the product name "BRUCE SHARK" to personally use over a decade ago☺! Aside from overseas Mass produced toys, NOBODY has even fractionally come close to providing what we have in quality or sheer quantity. Over 6000 CUSTOMIZED SHARKS to Happy Customers globally this whole decade. We have not changed aside from getting better and better at what we do, increasing our quality and accuracy exponentially, and DECREASING COSTS and build/shipping times☺. Wow has it been BUSY here for about 17 weeks straight! We hope you ALL had a Blessed holiday time with family & friends, we sure did! Now, without further Adieu`... All Paid-in-FULL December sharks were shipped & received over 2 weeks EARLY! Through some seriously long workweeks we now have power, climate control, water and have enclosed ALL areas of our home, studio, shops, parking and storage! Mostly partial-working day's off at that... Our New Year's Resolution to each other is No more 7 days a week 12-14 hours a day! NOBODY has provided more sharks to the collector community than we have, period. That's EVERY shark customized and our hearts poured fully out into every tiny scratch, every pore and every detail since 2009. If the customer requested it, we customized it the way they asked. But no more working ourselves sick as we have. 2019 we are going to take more time off to ENJOY life together. We will continue to provide as many beloved & customized sharks as a NORMAL five-day work-week permits. To this end we will FINALLY begin to also release some FINCREDIBLE KIT Variations of some of our sharks! This should scratch the itch to all those that want to build their own shark with their own 2 hands! >>>BOOOOOM!!<<< How is that for the most FUN-PACKED post in months?! As many of you know a hostility has been growing between our two companies since April 2015. An unnecessary rivalry that has heaped stress and anxiety on both sets of artists. Well we are DELIGHTED to announce that following private conversations things are going to change. Apologies have been exchanged and an agreement has been made to move forward with a healthy, positive and honest relationship towards each others creative designs. We are coordinating many of our soon releasing product ideas with each other so as to avoid any further friction. What that means for the Jaws Fan community is more amazing products, greater variety and, who knows, maybe even a collaborative piece! We four all thank you so much for your continued support and we earnestly encourage any division among friends, fans & collectors to also be healed.
