By placing your custom order with us you agree to our Terms of Service and Protection Policies.

North Carolina State Sales Tax will be added to your shipping bill once your shark is ready to ship.
Important:
* All SCO products are made to order and shipped in order of "Paid in Full" status. Please expect 20-60 days in most cases for your product to be hand-made and shipped. Feel free to contact us for the latest info on the progress of your order. All Sales are Final, SCO offers no refunds or returns for custom artwork.
* Shipping fees have not been added to the product price *
Everyone hates having to pay for postage but it is unfortunately a necessary evil.
To reduce shipping costs for our customers, all shipping fees are determined on an individual basis. We also keep your costs to a minimum by "recycling" as many materials as possible, however, to ensure safety in shipping it is always necessary to buy additional packing materials. These sharks must arrive at their destination intact!
International Customers: Insurance is optional and you will need to notify us if you wish to insure your order.
If you would like an estimate before placing your order just contact us and we'll be glad to give you a quote. Please note that all quotes are estimates based on current rates -- Fuel charges change daily so shipping prices are adjusted frequently. We go to great lengths to make sure your shark is protected and delivered for as little expense as possible. We are also well-known to refund over-payments should rates decrease at the time of shipping.

Should we decide to refund any monies for any reasons we will assign any fees deemed needed to cover losses incurred for purchase of materials or labors. Deposits are non-refundable. Please note, Paypal has stated that they will not favor in any case where there is a custom order purchased.
Important Information Regarding Certificates of Authenticity
Should you require a replacement COA, please feel free to contact us with your request. We will be glad to replace your COA once we have received the original certificate. We trust everyone will understand our need to practice caution. This measure will protect our customers in the event of illegal re-casting.

Regarding Paypal Payments
Paypal charges fees for using their convenient service. Like all other vendors doing business we too add these expenses to the shipping bill of each order transaction utilizing Paypal. * If you wish to avoid PayPal fees then please make arrangement with us prior to placing your order. By placing an order with us the customer agrees to maintain contact with Shark City Ozark until their product is completed and received by them. It is not the responsibility of Shark City Ozark to maintain contact with customers or search for ways to renew contact with customers who forget their order or who fail to respond to our communication attempts. * It is in each customer's best interest to please check their SPAM folders and other Social Media equivalents for messages from us regarding their customized order. IMPORTANT NOTICE ** ANY and ALL monies, debts, product order[s], commission-piece[s] or unfulfilled contracts that remain unclaimed, unpaid-in-full, shipping not paid in full, or in failure to respond to our communication attempts after 30 days of Shark City Ozark and/or Mike V. and/or Cathy J. Schultz attempting to contact the absentee and or delinquent customer via means the customer provided; will be declared in breach of contract. If you have been notified that your Shark City Ozark custom art piece is ready for shipment and you make no attempt to collect your art piece, or pay your shipping due within 30 days of notice, then your item will be stored in a climate controlled storage facility at the rate of $25.00 per month until all funds due are paid in full to the contract's satisfaction. ** Customers who fail to maintain contact with us and/or who fail to complete their payments with us as agreed in print via our Interest-Free Flex-Pay services do forfeit all deposits, monies and/or product after a period of payment delinquency or lack of communication contact with us not to exceed a maximum of 30 days from the date of loss of contact or due-date of scheduled payment[s]. |
