Introducing the 2023+ Master Bruce Shark
Our THREE DIFFERENT Original 1:6 PLUS- Scale Master Bruce Sharks were first paving the way for collectors!
Our SCO Master Sharks are the absolute LARGEST and most historically accurate Bruce Sharks ever.
Based on fine-scale measurements supplied directly to only us by our Industry friend Greg Nicotero from his famous Junkyard Bruce Shark Restoration Project.
1:6 Plus scale because the location filming sharks were much smaller in real life than they were filmed to be.
Staging, small stunt-doubles, and careful camera work were utilized to make them appear much larger that they were historically.
See inspirational photos section below for Bruce's actual size.
Collectors expect their 1:6 Bruce Shark to match the shark's film-presented scale, and they want their Bruce Shark's size to be film-accurate to their 1:6 figures, not much smaller. Thus, our SCO PLUS-Scale was born☺!
Photos provided are of the lightly painted work in progress prototypes currently being detailed and refined. Details and changes are being implemented based on participating trial-group customer feedback.
Each SCO Bruce Shark is handcrafted in America by Cathy & Mike Schultz in our Shark City Ozark FX Studio.
Construction included thick rotocast resins, rigid foams, and some internal structure with taxidermy style eyes.
Pectoral fins cast SOLID, ship off the shark to save shipping costs and can easily be tacked or glued into near-seamless style pectoral body sockets.
Shark Display modeled in the slight 'At Rest' pose most often seen in behind the scenes photos.
Presented to display large scale while on your shelf or hanging from the ceiling like a large-scale R/C plane!
The tail lists slightly to one side over the shark's length, his head turned a few degrees right, the skull slightly raised, the jaws in the more neutral position and the pectoral fins nearly airplane wing straight horizontally.
Skin mostly smooth but including very soft textures and details.
FREE paint and gore customizations offered to match to ONE single customer supplied photo for your choice of color scheme, demarcation style, and gore level.
Other customizations such as bolts in the spine for hanging display, harpoons, extra gore, and Quint-bits in the teeth etc, can be communicated with us prior to purchase.
We retain the rights to accept or deny customization requests depending on our schedule load and other factors.
