Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 20-60 days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Due to the high value of each product, all shipments require a delivery signature.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. A handling fee may be included to cover specialty packaging materials required to send your shark safely and securely.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 2–6 weeks depending on destination country
Oversized & Specialty Items Some products, including large shark replicas and display pieces, ship in oversized packaging. These items may require additional transit time and are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
International Orders International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country upon delivery. SharkCityOzark.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactsharkcityozark@yahoo.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
