Mike V. Schultz working as a free-lance private commission artist does retain sole and full rights to all of his creative works, commission art-pieces and collectible displays. By providing and selling his art products he does not consent in any way to allowing his creative work to be taken without his express written contractual and signed consent for the purposes of any form of mass production, remolding, reworking, recasting or distribution. No public or private commission sale is intended as any form of permission to copy, change or improve upon any Mike V. Schultz provided patterns or artwork in any way. 

It is understood by the customer that by agreeing to continue his or her purchase or commission artwork with Mike V. Schultz and/or the entity of Shark City Ozark that they are purchasing for private display and collection only and are not in any way also purchasing rights to change, recast or mass produce any of Mike V. Schultz’s provided materials. Mike V. Schultz retains his rights as creator and artist to continue to market, produce, change or cease production of his creative works at any time.

By placing your custom order with us you agree to our Terms of Service and Protection Policies.

SCO Refund Policy 
Each SCO product is a unique, custom work of art. Upon placing an order, materials are sourced immediately so we can begin production as soon as your balance is paid in full. Active production does not begin until full payment is received. Because materials are committed at the time of order, all sales are final, we do not offer full refunds or returns. Please be certain before placing your order that you intend to complete your transaction. We retain full rights to evaluate individual claims; should we choose to issue any refund, applicable fees will be deducted to cover material and labor costs. Deposits are non-refundable.

Regarding Certificates of Authenticity
Should you require a replacement COA, please feel free to contact us with your request.  We will be glad to replace your COA once we have received the original certificate.  We trust everyone will understand our need to practice caution.  This measure will protect our customers in the event of illegal re-casting.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
ANY and ALL monies, debts, product order[s], commission-piece[s] or unfulfilled contracts that remain unclaimed, unpaid-in-full, shipping not paid in full, or in failure to respond to our communication attempts after 30 days of Shark City Ozark and/or Mike V. and/or Cathy J. Schultz attempting to contact the absentee and or delinquent customer via means the customer provided; will be declared in breach of contract.

If you have been notified that your Shark City Ozark custom art piece is ready for shipment and you make no attempt to collect your art piece, or pay your shipping due within 30 days of notice, then your item will be stored in a climate controlled storage facility at the rate of $25.00 per month until  all funds due are paid in full to the contract's satisfaction. 

Customers who fail to maintain contact with us and/or who fail to complete their payments with us as agreed in print via our Interest-Free Flex-Pay services do forfeit all deposits, monies and/or product after a period of payment delinquency or lack of communication contact with us not to exceed a maximum of 30 days from the date of loss of contact or due-date of scheduled payment[s].

All SCO products are made to order and shipped in order of "Paid in Full" status.  Please expect 20-60 days in most cases for your product to be hand-made and shipped.  Feel free to contact us for the latest info on the progress of your order.
